I Hear You.
Entering therapy is a courageous choice. I am here to uplift and empower you throughout this transformative experience. I provide individual counseling for clients ages 12 and up.
My Therapeutic Approach
I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to provide a holistic and empowering experience. I believe that you hold the key to your own growth and resilience. My role is to help you unlock your potential through practical strategies and self-awareness. By integrating CBT to challenge and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, mindfulness to cultivate present-moment awareness, and solution-focused methods to identify and achieve your goals, we will collaborate to create meaningful and lasting change.
To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
More about me:
I was born and raised in a small town outside of Wichita Falls, Texas where I graduated Midwestern State University in 2015 with my Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Kinesiology. I spent several years teaching secondary Spanish and coaching athletes from grades 5-12 in the Dallas, Texas region. During my time as an educator and coach, I obtained my Master of Arts in Coaching and Athletic Administration. I moved to beautiful Fort Collins in 2019 until 2021 where I briefly moved back to Texas due to an illness, then got back to Fort Collins as fast as I could! In addition to being a secondary educator, I have experience in inpatient facilities, government agencies, and crisis mobile response.
During my free time I like to explore Colorado with my family, relaxing with my two animals, cycling on trails, or playing sports. I enjoy simplicity in life and appreciate the moments of peace that come. I am excited to help you find tranquility and joy in your life, too!
