Learn how to understand your anxiety, implement strategies to manage uncomfortable sensations, and regain a sense of empowerment using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

We will focus on building skills to understand what anxiety looks like, learning meaningful coping mechanisms, and work to understand how our thoughts interact with our bodies and manifest in anxious experiences.

  • Coping skills to help reduce experiences of anxiety

  • How anxiety affects our brain and body

  • Maladaptive thinking

  • Self-care strategies to help manage anxiety symptoms
