“I have tried everything I can think of to feel happy.”

“Anxiety keeps me from living the life I want.”

“My emotions confuse me and make life hard.”

I Hear You.

The only constant in life is that it’s always changing. The struggle to find balance and adjust to the changing that’s all around us can be difficult and frustrating at times. I would like to embark on that journey with you to overcome whatever challenges and mental roadblocks that may be present within your life.

My Therapeutic Approach

Whether you know it or not, you are strong and courageous. You have the capability to overcome the obstacles in your life, I believe it’s a part of my role to equip you with the tools you need to do so. As a team, we can collaborate on the things you bring to counseling together. Emotional independence is one way that I empower my clients to navigate what life may throw at them. I am here to guide you in discovering who you are, what your potential is, and how you can get there.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

More about me:

Hello, I’m Savannah. I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I grew up in the Hill Country of San Antonio where riding horses is an extracurricular activity. As an Army wife, my family and I have been relocated to Georgia. Here I have found hobbies like jogging along the riverwalk, fishing and going to the dog park with my two year old Australian Shepherd. I would describe myself as optimistic, down to earth, hospitable and kind. A part of my empathetic nature craves to get to know people through deep conversation and making others feel heard. In my free time I love to collect National Geographic magazines, bullet journaling, and listening to Billy Joel on vinyl.
