“I keep my emotions buried.”

“I take up too much space.”

“I burden my family and friends.”

“I don’t feel fully alive.”

Do you want more from life? I am here to help.

Life can be unpredictable, and expectations of society may feel overwhelming at times. I believe discovering the best versions of ourselves is possible through connections developed during counseling.

My Therapeutic Approach

I am dedicated to helping others build deeper connections with their mind, body, spirituality, and relationships with others. My work is very collaborative, strengths-based, and emotion-focused. As your counselor, I will be at your side with compassion on your journey as we work together toward insight into what will lead you to your goals. I look forward to getting to know you.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

More about me:

I grew up in Florida and decided to swap the beach for the mountains 13 years ago! For 6 of those years, I worked with The Eating Disorder Foundation developing and managing programs that educate and support individuals and family members affected by mental health and eating disorders. Before that, I enjoyed working as an Event Manager in Boulder. My favorite things are laughing with my partner, singing and dancing, baking, and reading fiction or fantasy.
