"I feel disconnected from myself and from the world around me."
"I feel ashamed, like I should have done something differently."
"I'm struggling to find any sense of purpose or direction in my life."
"I feel hopeless, like nothing will ever get better."
I feel with you.
Therapy is a deeply personal and meaningful experience, it is important for you to feel heard, understood, and supported. I seek to be attuned to your thoughts and feelings and am committed to working collaboratively with you towards your healing and growth.
I am passionate about:
My Therapeutic Approach
We all possess the strength and resilience needed to overcome our challenges and find healing. I will be here to provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment where you may feel safe to freely express your thoughts and emotions.
I primarily focus on existential therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, but I understand that everyone is unique, and I promise to honor and integrate all aspects of your life to create an approach to therapy that will work best with you. Together, we can confront difficult emotions and experiences and help you take control of your life, find your own sense of meaning and purpose, and live authentically in the face of life's challenges.
To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
