Narrative Therapy
My Therapeutic Approach
Working with me means being heard and valued. My approach to therapy is rooted in authenticity, holistic care, and compassion. I believe in the power of stories and the transformative potential of reframing our personal, familial, and cultural narratives. By understanding your story, we can collaborate to overcome challenges and foster growth. My goal is to create a safe space where you can be vulnerable, explore your emotions, and work towards healing.

More about me:
I am originally from Leadville, CO, but I have lived and traveled all over the world, and now call Salida, CO home. I am currently pursuing an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in Alamosa Colorado. I have done and continue to teach, lead, and do advocacy work around LGBTQ+ inclusion, as well as leading inter-faith conversations on inclusion, justice, and reparations for those with faith-related trauma. I am deeply committed to creating safe and brave spaces of education and healing for those who experienced the most marginalization, oppression, and exclusion in society. In my free time, I enjoy adventuring in the mountains, spending time with family and friends, reading a good novel, writing, and baking chocolatey treats.
