“My anxiety isn't just feeling nervous occasionally; it's like being trapped in a cyclone of thoughts and emotions leaving me breathless with fear and worry.”
“I use substances to numb feelings of pain and emptiness. But each temporary relief only adds to the struggle, leading to consequences that I can’t seem to escape.”
“I feel haunted with memories and emotions.”
You’re Not Alone. I’m here to Support You.
I understand the courage it takes to seek counseling, and I'm here to provide you with the empathy and support you deserve on your journey towards healing. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Together, we will cultivate resilience, uncover your strengths, and work towards a future filled with hope and possibility.
My Therapeutic Approach
I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we will work to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors using practical techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Additionally, I incorporate mindfulness practices to help you develop greater self-awareness and resilience in managing difficult emotions. My ultimate goal is to empower you to make positive changes in your life and to support you in finding meaning and fulfillment on your journey towards healing and growth.
To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

Hi! My name is Haley, and I was born and raised in a small town in Montana. After earning my bachelor’s degree from Montana State University I moved to Fort Collins, Colorado to work at a mental health and addiction crisis center. I decided to pursue my passion for mental health further by going back to school, and I am currently working towards my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about holistic wellness, self-care, and mindfulness. In my free time I enjoy reading thrillers and horror novels, doing puzzles, playing video games, watching movies, traveling the world, and spending time with my husband and dog.
