“Nobody understands what happened to me.”
“I feel stuck.”
“This life transition is difficult for me.”
“I frequently feel overwhelmed and have difficulty managing intense emotions.”
I care. I see you. I can help.
You don’t need to go through life’s challenges alone. I aim to provide a comfortable, safe, and supportive environment where you can focus on becoming the person you want to be. During our sessions, we will identify your strengths, work through difficult emotions, discuss potential coping strategies, and work to gain a greater self-awareness.
I am passionate about:
Expatriates and digital nomads
First Responders (police, fire, EMS, dispatch)
Healthcare Providers (nurses, physicians, other caretakers)
My Therapeutic Approach
I approach clients from a humanistic perspective, meeting clients with openness and acceptance. I provide help by offering a confidential, supportive, and a safe space to explore who you are and your relationships to others. I believe clients have the inner wisdom to guide them toward wellness. My role is to help you uncover that wisdom to create the life you envision for yourself.
I frequently incorporate trauma therapy, positive psychology and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) as well as motivational interviewing, family therapy, career counseling, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
