My Therapeutic Approach

In therapy, I honor a holistic therapeutic approach. I believe in addressing the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit to support clients in navigating life’s challenges. By considering the whole person, I focus on understanding the underlying factors contributing to their struggles, aiming to promote balance and harmony. Utilizing a combination of evidence-based theories, mindfulness techniques, and somatic practices, I encourage clients to tap into their inner strengths and resources, empowering them to heal and grow from within. By fostering self-awareness and self-acceptance, I guide my clients on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, helping them find renewed purpose and meaning in their lives.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

More about me:

I am originally from the Midwest, in a suburb outside of Chicago. I am enrolled in the Mental Health Counseling Masters program at Palo Alto University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. After my undergraduate, I lived in Honduras and Hawaii, advocating for the coral reefs and researching manta rays as an underwater videographer. These experiences instilled a profound appreciation for the interconnectedness of life and the importance of fostering harmony within ourselves and our environment. I traded the ocean for mountains and moved to Colorado in 2019. For enjoyment, I practice yoga, hike with my chocolate lab, Kaia, reading and seeing live music.
