“I struggle with meaningful relationships.”

“I am anxious about performing daily tasks.”

“I would like to cultivate a more enjoyable life.”

I’m here for you.

Therapy can look many different ways and I want to support you in your unique experience. I believe that you are the expert in your life and I want to walk alongside you in your healing journey.

My Therapeutic Approach

I take a collaborative approach to therapy using a Person Centered lens. I also pull techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. I enjoy meeting clients where they are at and using mediums such as art, music, and mindfulness in session when it fits as well.

I want to create a relationship where you feel comfortable sharing thoughts, experiences, and feelings no matter where you are in your mental health journey. I recognize that seeking therapy can be scary and I want to acknowledge this huge step you are taking towards bettering yourself. I look forward to speaking with you and learning your story.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation.
