My Therapeutic Approach

My experience includes working with adolescents and adults on topics concerning Sexual Assault, LQBTQIA+ Identity Exploration, Relationship Issues, and Substance Use. I approach therapy through a warm, genuine, and curiosity filled lens. This includes a strengths-based and holistic approach that will explore empowerment, social support, cultural upbringing, personal values, dysfunctional assumptions, and emotional processing.

My goal is to promote a, non-judgmental environment in which you will feel heard as we work towards achieving your goals. I would be honored to help you navigate whatever challenges you are facing. I look forward to speaking with you.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

more About me:

I am a Colorado Native and kept myself busy by playing fast-pitch softball and reading whenever I could. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology from the University of Northern Colorado. I am currently working towards my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Adams State University.

In my free time, I love camping with my fiancé and enjoying the wonderful mountains and fresh air. I also love to watch Colorado Eagles hockey games, hang out with my dog, and listen to rock and alternative music. As an avid animal lover, I have previously worked as both a Kennel Attendant at a dog daycare and as a Veterinary Technician’s Assistant. I have also been working in the mental health field for several years, in various roles such as a Victim Advocate and a Crisis Clinician.
