“I struggle to feel understood.”

“I am constantly overwhelmed by my thoughts and emotions.”

“I need someone to talk to in order to sort through my feelings.”

I am here for you.

Asking for help is never a sign of weakness. In fact, it can be one of the bravest things you can do for yourself. Facing the challenges of life can be overwhelming, but you do not have to face them alone. As a therapist, I offer a supportive environment for you to explore, process, and search for solutions to the obstacles ahead.

My Therapeutic Approach

"Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it." - Helen Keller.

As a therapist, I believe that everyone has a unique set of values, beliefs, experiences, and cultural backgrounds. In our work together, I will strive to create an environment tailored to your individual needs and goals.

I draw from a range of evidence-based techniques and theories that are effective at treating various mental health issues. These include solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, existential therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. I also use techniques such as mindfulness and self-compassion to help you cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and self-acceptance. I also integrate other techniques and approaches as-needed to provide you with the most effective and personalized support possible.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
