“I just need someone to listen.”

“I’m worried things will never get better”

“It hurts so bad.”

Let’s walk through this together.

Encountering grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions can make contentment difficult to achieve. I will help you find awareness and identify the future you want for yourself.

My Therapeutic Approach

Everyone is different, and my primary goal is to use the methods that work for you. I believe in creating an equal and comfortable therapeutic environment where you can work through challenges.

I like Gestalt therapy, as it focuses on helping you gain new awareness of your life experiences and sense of self. This gives us a good foundation for identifying what changes need to be made. I also believe in reality therapy, which sets a clear, goal-oriented path forward.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

More about me:

I was born and raised in Colorado Springs, but enjoy traveling. I like going on road trips and briefly lived in the mountains in Buena Vista Colorado. I received my Bachelors’ in psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2019. I have worked in various jobs, including management, security, and corrections, and understand the stress that can come from such lines of work. I enjoy movies, hiking, paddle boarding, lifting weights, and attending concerts for my physical and mental health.
