“I often feel overwhelmed.”

“I can’t make decisions.”

“I use drugs to numb my emotions.”

“I sometimes feel I am a burden to others.”

I Want to Help You.

No matter who you are or where you are from, the world can feel overwhelming. Navigating the ups and downs of life can be incredibly difficult and you do not need to do it alone. Your decision to seek help is an incredibly powerful one. It is a form of your inner wisdom.

My Therapeutic Approach

As a therapist, I truly believe each individual is unique and has an innate wisdom with the power to ignite transformation and healing. I am here to provide supportive guidance as you discover and reconnect with your inner power. I work in a holistic manner with the intention of unifying mind, body, and spirit. Much of this is facilitated through the lens of Gestalt, working somatically in the present moment, as well as incorporating parts work, mindfulness, and genuine curiosity. With that said, the deepest commitment I hold for my clients is creating a safe space, and honoring what feels beneficial for you. We will work together to uncover the source of your challenges while identifying your unique strengths, and building empowerment from within.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

more About me:

I was born in Denver but moved around a lot in my adolescent years. I moved back to Colorado in 2012 to attend CU Boulder, where I received my undergraduate degree in psychology. I was a graduate student attending Naropa University in their Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling program. I have always been passionate about doing my part to help others and much of this has stemmed from my own healing journey. My past jobs include working with the elderly in skilled nursing, as well as working in a MAT Addictions Clinic. Aside from this, I have a deep love for animals (especially horses) and have experience working as a co-facilitator for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. In my free time you can find me doing yoga, creating art, attending concerts, or spending time in nature.
