“I feel lost, like I don’t know who I am anymore.”

“Life feels overwhelming right now.”

“Nothing feels worth it anymore, I find myself just going through the motions.”

We will Get Through This Together.

You don’t have to experience this alone. Together, we’ll find ways to move forward. I can help you make sense of what you’re going through and explore ways to grow and heal from it.

My Therapeutic Approach

I take a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the whole person - mind, body, spirit, and culture - as we work together to address the challenges you’re facing. My role is to guide and support you as you explore your emotions, find meaning in your experiences, and heal. Through this process, I use evidence-based theories, techniques, and practices to assist you in tapping into your inner wisdom and intuition. I will provide a safe space where you can explore freely and be your authentic self.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

More about me:

I’m originally from Houston, Texas and moved to Denver after graduating with a master’s degree in counseling. My personal healing journey has deeply shaped who I am, empowering me to guide and support others, not just through my formal training, but by embodying the wisdom I’ve gained from diverse life experiences. When I’m not working you can find me traveling the world, hiking, connecting with nature, practicing yoga, enjoying live music, and spending quality time with the people who mean the most to me.
