“I have never asked myself what I want for my life.”

“It makes me sad to grow older as I can no longer do the things I used to do.”

“I do not feel that I belong.”

I Want to Be Your Ally.

Your courage is limitless. I know how difficult it can be to seek counseling. I am here to accompany you on the journey ahead. I will listen with understanding and empathy while you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together we will work towards healing, strength, and personal empowerment. I am an ally for you.

My Therapeutic Approach

I believe in the power of the human spirit. Sometimes we lose our purpose. Life may be challenging, but when we connect honestly to ourselves and others, we thrive. My therapeutic approach is empathetically driven to provide a safe environment where you can realize your potential. I particularly focus on how our minds, bodies, and spirits are deeply connected. Together, we will develop a strong, healthy sense of self by exploring your feelings and finding meaning within your life experiences. Vulnerability is the pathway to strength.

I have extensive experience working with adolescents and the aging population. I know what it feels like to struggle with relationships, identity, work, and health. I would love the opportunity to work with you.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
