“I don’t know who I am anymore.”
“Is life even worth living?”
“Am I always going to feel this alone?”
I see You.
I recognize your desire to seek out an authentic life. If you struggle to feel connected to others, our work together can bring you a sense of cohesion and belonging. Let’s unearth your story and examine how your experiences brought you to where you are today.

My Therapeutic Approach
The process we engage in together enables you to achieve greater awareness, understanding, and governance of how you relate to the world and your changing self. I encourage my clients to become increasingly self-reflective. Our work together will enable you to engage with yourself authentically, allowing you to appraise your life purpose. We will clarify your assumptions about the world and yourself, examine your ultimate concerns, and unravel your difficulties to make sense of them.
In our first few sessions, we'll reflect on what brought you to counseling. Then, we will work on the reoccurring themes, difficult history, and patterns that no longer serve you. My work is framed by psychodynamic and existential practices.
To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
More about me:
While I am originally a Midwesterner, I have lived in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Ireland. Upon returning to the United States, I experienced reverse culture shock, which is common for ex-pats, immigrants, refugees, and veterans. My deepest joy comes from sitting in my vegetable garden, watching my duck flock swim and play. I am an avid reader, and you can find me devouring novels at any time of the day.
